Carbon panels warm your body directly at a gentle 120–140°F, heating up in 10–15 minutes. Easy to run on many indoor circuits, and a softer, longer session.
Traditional
A Harvia heater and hot stones reach 170–195°F with real steam (löyly). The classic, high-heat Finnish sauna experience for purists.
